50 Great Wellness Tips for a Better You (Link enclosed) Being Retired for a little over a year, only enhances the aspects of Wellness - whether it's physical, mental or the variety of other possibilities.  I found an interesting list of 50 Wellness Tips for a Better You (and I am all about a Better Me) on the website for Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center located in Texas which is nowhere near where I live on the East Coast in Pennsylvania. Be that as it may, a Wellness Tip doesn't recognize geography and these are interesting, inspiring and thought provoking for any age! https://www.grmedcenter.com/health-and-wellness-tips/ #wellness #retired #tips #mentalhealth #physicalhealth #inspire A peaceful setting sometimes helps to provide clear thoughts, inspiration and calmness of the heart and mind.
Retired and Inspired - Random Resource #1 - Linda Spreeman 24 January 2024 #Social Security and the #IRMAA Form. All Blogs which purport to have some semblance of credibility for - well anyone - should have an important message and credible source. I retired on January 3, 2023 from a long, rewarding career at the age of 68. What became somewhat of a part time job was deciphering Medicare Part B using Original Medicare and Medicare Part D. What I was not prepared for was the Medicare premium that is based on a salary from TWO (yes T-W-O) years prior when I was employed and clearly making more money than I am retired living on Social Security and Investments. To get around the higher premium, requires filling out an IRMAA form which is conveniently located here:  chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ssa-44.pdf Follow tomorrow for more on this form, long waits, and red tape. #Retired #IRMAA #MedicarePremium
